Rent questions

Is the rent per bed or per room?

Per bed. Each person pays ₹9,000 in 5 sharing, ₹10,500 in 3 sharing and ₹12,500 in 2 sharing a month.

What does the rent include?

An AC room with attached bathroom, Wi-Fi, RO drinking water, parking, CCTV, a biometric lock, and tea, breakfast, lunch and dinner.

How much is the deposit?

One month's rent. You pay the deposit together with your first month's rent when you move in.

Is lunch included?

Yes. Tea, breakfast, lunch and dinner are all included in the rent.

How much notice do I give before leaving?

30 days.
