When you use this website. The website does not ask you to sign up and does not save what you type. The enquiry form on the contact page only prepares a WhatsApp message on your own phone. Nothing reaches us until you press send in WhatsApp.

When you call or message us. We see your phone number and whatever you tell us, such as your name, the room you want and when you plan to move in.

When you stay with us. We keep the details we need to run your stay, such as your name, phone number, rent and deposit records, and any identity document we ask for at move-in. The house also has CCTV, which records people on the property, and a biometric lock, which uses your biometric details to let you in.

• To answer your questions and arrange a visit.
• To give you a bed and manage your rent, deposit and notice period.
• To keep the house secure.
• To meet legal requirements, for example tenant details the police or local authorities may ask landlords to provide.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Some parts of this website are provided by other companies. When you use them, they may receive technical details such as your IP address and browser type, under their own privacy policies:

• Google Maps: the map on our pages and the directions links.
• WhatsApp (Meta): when you choose to message us.
• Our web hosting provider: keeps standard server logs, such as which pages were requested and when.

The fonts and the code for the animations are served from this website itself, not from other companies.

We do not set our own cookies. The embedded Google map may set cookies when it loads. If we add website analytics in future, we will update this policy first.

Enquiry messages are kept only as long as they are useful for your enquiry. Records from your stay are kept while you live here and afterwards for as long as the law requires, then deleted.

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it when we no longer need it. You can also withdraw any consent you gave us. Call or WhatsApp 098241 22250 with your request.
